On exercise with search and rescue.

Throughout the year both lifeboats carry out exercises with the Coastguard Search and Rescue (SAR) helicopters so that when they have to do it for real everyone knows their job and what to expect. These pictures were taken during a recent exercise with Whiskey Bravo from Portland and you can see just how closely the teams work together with careful coordination between the boat and the helicopter.
