Facts: Sunseeker Boat builder

Richard was encouraged to join the crew by his neighbour (John Vine). Richard is a keen family man and crew member. Due to his photography skills, Richard is often seen 'flashing away' whilst out on exercise. He can take good pictures too (which you can check out throughout the web site)! Richard did 52 shouts in 2005 and was the third busiest crew member.

Facts: Computer Technician (Barclays Bank plc)

Debbie has recently aquired the crew nickname of 'Horizontal' as during a Division Inspector's exercise a flare was launched horizontally (and, thankfully, safely!) into a wave. Being ex navy she is often tasked to man the radio, and because she is a woman she is good at talking !

Debbie did 22 shouts in 2005.

Crew: Ryan Williams

Joined: November 2004
Facts: Sunseekers Boat Builder

Ryan is a boat builder with Sunseeker's and although he's the first in his family to join a crew his sister, Natalie, works at HQ. He's getting stuck into training and is pleased to be getting out on lifeboats exercises. Ryan is also a keen rugby player and captains Poole's RFC team.
